HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT OBAMA LATELY?

HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT OBAMA LATELY?

As you can tell by my last blog date I have taken hundreds of years off from dealing with anything political in writing. Having said that I have posted a ton of poetry elsewhere on the net (Shameless plug) at www.myspace.com/twopoundradio under the name “Dark 30”. Having said that let me just state that if you read this you can be guaranteed that John McCain did not inspire me to write anything here. Sarah Palin did. I AM NOW HAPPY TO VOTE REPUBLICAN. Until McCain’s talk a few weeks ago with Rick Warren and now the VP pick of Sarah Palin I am going to vote excitedly and I think all Americans who care about life as we know it here in America should as well. When it comes to executive decision making and a record of accomplishments Sarah Palin (despite what the skeptics are saying ) has more experience than Obama, Biden and even John McCain combined.

Recently issues about Sarah Palin’s 17 year old daughter have surfaced. The issue with the media is not the families committed support of their pregnant (soon to be married) daughter  but the ability of Sarah herself to lead. Dems act as if they have some kind of freaking mind-power over their own kids that enables them not to make mistakes, learn from them and watch them turn into blessings. After all in 1 year will anyone be referring to Sarah Palin’s grand daughter as a “mistake”? How about in 10 years?

It is very likely that this whole story is going to be a conduit to Obama’s own mother who had him at the age of 18 but got pregnant when she was 17 depending on who you talk to. Obama himself has been commendable in stating that families are off limits however PALIN DOES NOT NEED OBAMA’s SYMPATHY. She has been in dog fights before and this is unlikely to shy away from anything that comes up. After all, we don’t really want to get into the private lives of the DEMS do we?

I was almost in tears when Palin was announced because it gave me faith once again that this party (THE REPUBLICAN PARTY) has a good man on their hands with John McCain and he made a wise choice for VP. While I am no huge fan of McCain I am slowly changing my mind. As Republicans we need him to win this thing. So if you are not on board… get on!

In the meantime I can't say I have heard anything about Obama in the last few days. Nothing about how great his speach was, nothing about his campaign picking up steam, nothing about how his ticket has sealed the deal and the Republicans are finished. Why? Perhaps the thing mentioned to little is the very serious threat Palin poses to the Dems. After all would they really be going through this much trouble to make a non-issue into an issue if she wasn't?
